I am absolutely furious with the way my order has been handled. I had placed an order for ruled notebooks, but on 9th September I was delivered unruled notebooks. I immediately raised a complaint and had to fill the form not once but around five times before the pickup was finally arranged on 19th September. After wasting so much of my time, I received the so-called replacement on 29th September, and shockingly, it was again unruled notebooks instead of the ruled ones I had originally ordered.
This is beyond negligence—it has been almost a month of harassment, and instead of solving the issue, your company has only wasted my time, money, and patience. I am not running behind you for free; I paid for the correct product and I expect it delivered.
To make matters worse, every time I get a call from one of your customer care executives (a girl named Ekta), she conveniently makes excuses and disconnects the call without resolving anything. This kind of behavior is downright unprofessional, careless, and insulting to a customer.
I demand that you immediately send me the correct ruled notebooks without any further delay and compensate me for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally and expose your pathetic service publicly.
