delivery experience is very good received order on time and very smooth delivery
I was happy that the books which i ordered will be delivered to me today but , unfortunately
Delivery boy didnt even had a sense that the coustomer has the right to know , if the parcel is legitimate or not, he misbehaved with me saying he was getting late and was not ready to show me whether the parcel was mine and in good condiction or not .He even oppose to show it to me while holding it in his hand , i guess it was a coincidence that when he called me and was waiting on the doorway of my house then he took the parcel out and i saw that parcel was somewhat damaged, so i requested him to at least show me whether it is in good condition or not but he started arguing and said he was getting late , so i thought lets give him the otp , and for that i asked him to take out the parcel, since he was ready to leave with the parcel and had kept it back in his bag , but he said first give me otp then i will take the parcel out and will give it to you, it was like he was taunting me , saying do whatever u can do , i had in my mind if i dint recive it today then i will be only wasting my time so i somewhat showed him , but that was also not like i showed him , rather it could be said he took the pic without even i realizing when i was going through my phone and thinking wether i should show him or not , and as soon as he typed the otp in his phone he took the parcel out and was ready to run away , but i holded him and asked to wait until i open it but he was in such a hurry that he pushed me away and ran away , really it was the worst delivery experience ever, please pw do look into this matter, we students have many hope that we will be treted better by people but shuch ill minded people make the compy look bad , i understand that pw has nothing to do with this byt please do something about such thing, because of such people pw which is also a love of students gets bad image
and yed soon after he left i got a call from the delivery agency person saying he recived complaint that i was trying yo take his money and was trying to confiscated his bike key, but they dont know that at a point in the argument he (delivery boy) mentioned that , i give him money for showig the packet to him before before i share the otp, i really was in dire situation but also had this in mind that if i dont take the books today then my money will be stuck and also i will waste my time , so i genuinely request pw to take it seriously and do somehting about it
